1) Service scope

• Car rental booking is provided through the website syncstratalab.com.
• Estimated prices shown online are indicative until the rental is confirmed.
• Vehicle availability may change and may depend on operational conditions.

2) Estimated prices and confirmation

• Price estimates may change due to availability, rental duration, pick-up/drop-off options, selected vehicle category, and applicable taxes/fees.
• Once your booking is confirmed, the confirmed terms and amount communicated at checkout apply to the rental.

3) Vehicle availability; substitutions

• We make reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle selected by you.
• If the exact vehicle is unavailable, we may offer a comparable alternative where possible.
• If a comparable alternative cannot be provided, the booking may be adjusted or canceled in accordance with the applicable consumer rules.

4) Remote contract information and consumer rights

If the rental agreement is concluded remotely, the consumer may rely on information provided during the ordering/checkout process and on applicable rights under Ukrainian law, including rules related to electronic commerce and consumer protection.

5) Liability limits

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information during booking and for complying with rental conditions.

6) Acceptable use

• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• You must follow instructions related to pick-up, driving requirements, and proper use of the vehicle.

7) Personal data and cookies

When you submit requests or bookings, we process personal data. We provide transparency and apply a lawful basis for such processing, and we follow applicable Ukrainian requirements for personal data protection.
